Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Overland GTM website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Overland GTM provides go-to-market (GTM) consulting and execution services for B2B technology companies expanding into European markets. Our services include but are not limited to:

• GTM strategy and planning
• CRM setup and pipeline management
• Outbound sales execution
• SDR and cold-calling support
• Trade show preparation and execution
• Sales enablement and training

3. Engagement Terms

Specific terms for each engagement, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be outlined in a separate service agreement. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, payment schedules, and invoicing procedures, will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, pricing information, and trade secrets.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, all templates, frameworks, and methodologies used by Overland GTM remain our intellectual property. Deliverables created specifically for your engagement become your property upon full payment.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we commit to executing the agreed scope with professionalism and expertise, Overland GTM does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to: a fixed number of meetings, leads, or revenue. Market conditions, product-market fit, and client responsiveness all influence results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overland GTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
