What are market-entry services?+
They help a company assess and execute expansion through research, ICP definition, account targeting, messaging, outreach, conversations, qualification and pipeline analysis.
How do you validate a new market?+
Form a focused market and ICP hypothesis, build a relevant account universe, test messaging through appropriate channels, capture buyer response in CRM and review opportunity evidence before increasing investment.
Is this the same as market research?+
No. Research helps assess attractiveness and shape a hypothesis. Overland focuses on commercial execution that tests accessibility, response, objections and opportunity signals.
Do we need a local sales team first?+
Not always. Some companies should hire locally immediately. Others can use structured validation to define a clearer motion before hiring. The right sequence depends on existing demand, context and management capacity.
Can Overland work across multiple markets?+
Scope depends on package capacity and the complexity of each motion. Focus is usually more valuable than spreading activity across too many markets at once.
Is calling included?+
Yes. Engine includes up to 600 managed call attempts per month and Plus includes up to 1,200.
How many accounts can you research?+
Engine supports up to 500 new target accounts researched and added per month. Plus supports up to 1,000. These are monthly additions, not total database limits.
Is CRM included?+
Standard CRM setup, logging, routing, pipeline visibility and reporting are included. Complex migration or custom engineering may require separate scope.
How long does market validation take?+
There is no universal timeline. It depends on the market, audience, sales cycle, channel access, buyer response and the type of evidence needed for the decision.
Do you guarantee market success?+
No. Commercial execution can create useful evidence, but it cannot guarantee demand, pipeline, revenue or expansion success.
